When you make a booking for any Holiday Package through Namaste Yatra, you agree to abide by the conditions outlined in the package description and our general booking policy.
All package details, inclusions, and pricing are subject to the specific itinerary shared at the time of confirmation.
All photographs of hotels, vehicles, and destinations displayed on our website or promotional materials are indicative representations. The actual facilities, rooms, or transport vehicles may differ slightly in appearance due to seasonal availability or operational factors.
All prices and taxes mentioned are subject to change based on availability, exchange rate fluctuations, and supplier revisions.
Customers making payments via Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, or Net Banking will not be charged any additional transactional fees.
Bookings will be confirmed only after full payment is successfully received and verified.
Special rates may apply during peak travel seasons, and package inclusions may vary without prior notice.
If a listed hotel or accommodation is unavailable, Namaste Yatra reserves the right to provide a substitute property of equal standard.
Early check-ins, late check-outs, or day-use rooms (between 09:30 hrs – 16:00 hrs) will be charged 100% of the published hotel tariff, subject to availability.
There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-outs once the trip has commenced.
Guests must carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID (Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) for hotel check-ins.
No refunds will be applicable for cancellations made between 15th December and 15th January (peak holiday period).
All airport transfers, intercity travel, and sightseeing tours are provided as per itinerary.
Visits to Coral Islands or other boat-based destinations are subject to weather conditions and boat availability.
If private ferries are unavailable, a DSS ferry will be arranged as an alternative.
For children:
In the event of natural calamities, flight cancellations, or unforeseen weather conditions, certain sightseeing activities or transfers may be cancelled without prior notice.
No refund (full or partial) will be made for services not utilized due to these circumstances.
If flights or ships are delayed and guests arrive late to their destination, additional accommodation or transfer costs must be borne by the customer.
Namaste Yatra Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a travel facilitator and booking intermediary.
We assume no liability for the performance, quality, or fitness of services rendered by third-party hotels, transport providers, or other service partners.
We are not responsible for personal injury, death, property loss, or other damages arising during travel.
We shall not be held liable for delays, overbookings, strikes, cancellations, or government actions beyond our control.
Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, cancellations, or medical emergencies.
Any request for cancellation or modification must be made in writing and sent to our official email address, clearly mentioning the booking reference number.
The time and date of receipt of the cancellation request will determine the applicable cancellation charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.
All holiday packages and services are governed by the laws of India.
In case of any dispute or claim, the jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts of West Bengal, India.
The terms of holiday packages may change at short notice due to operational reasons or force majeure.
